What is Colon
Hydrotherapy?
Colon Hydrotherapy is the gentle cleansing of
buildup of plaque, toxins, and parasites in the colon using purified water under
very low, controlled pressure. The procedure is performed with the
assistance of a Colon Hydrotherapist Certified by the International Association
of Colon Therapists (I-ACT) using an FDA approved irrigation system, to insure
your safety and comfort.
Benefits of Colon Hydrotherapy:
Hydrotherapy may be helpful with
conditions and symptoms as diverse as weight gain (especially in the belly),
chronic constipation, bloating, skin conditions, allergies, chronic inflammatory
processes (such as fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome), yeast overgrowth and
many more.
As an added benefit, there can be an improvement
in the function of the colon and stimulation of all the body systems whose
functions are affected by the colon - such as the liver and lymph system.
Medical Concerns:
Most clients will be able to have
Colon Hydrotherapy, but there are some medical conditions which would preclude
your use of Colon Hydrotherapy as part of your wellness program. Your
Therapist will review your medical history with you carefully before your first
treatment, and may request that you get permission from your physician before
proceeding with Hydrotherapy.
Scheduling Your Treatments:
Hydrotherapy sessions are by
appointment only. Just call us at (478) 453-0041 to arrange for a
convenient time. The session itself will last about 45 minutes, so allow
yourself about an hour. You will need about and hour and a half for your
first visit so that you will have time to meet with your Therapist, review your
medical history and get answers to any questions or concerns you might have.
Cost:
$65.00 per session
$120.00 Two visit package
$550.00 Ten visit package
*Clients who have never used Colon Hydrotherapy will probably need a series of 6
to 10 sessions to get maximum benefit from the process. REMEMBER - You are
reversing a condition which has been building up over a period of years.
